Classic Couscous, there's almost nothing to add. Delicious and served with a glass of Moroccan wine. The boss did the service herself and was also incredibly friendly. I spent one dinner with a friend here, both had couscous, i with veggies, the buddy with some kind of strange looking sausages. The couscous was good, not as good where the, say, bowl with the topping soup with veggies like carottes, potatoes. It wasn't too tasty, we missed any spices or herbs.Wine is okay, about average.
