We spent the afternoon a very warm day, August 6, at the restaurant located on the plage by the sea. Three of us had an excellent grilled sole. Each of us got one fish that was first presented with bones and thereafter separated from the bones and served as four fillets resting on a bed of fresh light cooked vegetables.
