What User likes about L'authentique Pizzeria Liberation:
of all pizzas consumed in the region, including the vinttimille side, these place at the top of the table. The paste, very well worked by the pizzaiolo chef is fine while being aerated, and has not this aspect out of the freezer pizza is not drowned in the cheese (as we see too often) and the ingredients are fresh and beautiful. We got there early in the evening so it was quiet but there was still a warm atmosphere and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Pizza was delicious! Toppings full of flavour and a really decent base. Ate the whole plate which is unusual for me! Also had a very nice glass of wine and could tell they had chosen their wine selection carefully.
