Every time we come here for pizza we come home happy! La Chamade is a still a success and we are so happy that they have opened in Nice! Absolutely the best pizzeria that I tried abroad! I come from Napoli too (and I tried several pizza) and I did not recognize that i wasn't in Naples!! The real napolitan pizza made with Italian ingredients! italian athmosfere and environment! I really felt to stay at home! The owners are very nice and cosy and the night there was perfect! The bill was cheap and they offered us the coffee too! 5 stars is the minimum!! I will advice it DEFINITELY!
The pizza was really good. Would have been better though if maybe the crust was bigger a little. But contrary to the reviews read, the service was nice and we encountered no problems at all, as waitress spoke both, French and English. Moreover, we were served amazingly quickly, in 10 mins max!!!
Amongst one of the best pizzerias in Nice. The jewel of the menu is pizza al metro , which is a big rectangular pizza with different toppings and meant to be shared (it comes in 50,75 and 100cm). Better make a reservation for dinner, especially during the weekend.
After 8 months living in Nice, I haven't been able to find a pizza better than this. Real neapolitan pizza, approved by my neapolitan boyfriend!
