Arrived just after they opened for the day, so it wasn’t very busy. The service was very slow, and only apologetic at the very end when perhaps it dawned on the server her lack of attention might affect the tip. She explained they were training a lot of new people, but that didn’t translate into setting a good example. Also, at the beginning of the day, the bathroom should not be filthy.
