I had an absolutely exquisite experience at the restaurant. Really loved the food and the dining experience. My highlights are the Lobster Ramen which is a limited item menu as well as the Smoky duck hot pot. Both are rich in flavour yet doesn't make me feel bloated. The Wagyu Rump was also so so so good. Not sure where the tapas name comes from the menu reads like a typical ramen bar. The tonkotsu broth was tasty but very light and the chashu consisted of two thick slices of pork that were mostly fat and one thin slice that was very chewy.
