Food and service were decent but the owner Manny charges a 3.9% surcharge on your total bill for him to get the benefit of guaranteeing his money via credit card. So the owner gets the benefit of not having to backround check the credit of the person paying is guaranteed payment from Visa who charges them no more than 2.5% processing.
