Special Health Department... Please come close down this place. Only half of the bar serving food. I'm almost positive that out of that half, only a quarter is actually edible. Not to mention, I'm 90% sure that people are living in half of the seating area or it's being used as storage. Disgusting and filthy. Save your money and go to McDonald's instead.
