I called to make a reservation for Valentine time. I spoke to a person who asked me to wait for her to transfer my call to a reservation team. And she let me to wait more than 3 minutes without any person on the phone!!! She did that 2 times to me! If your restaurant wouldn't want to get more customers, you should have inform public.
