We waited about 20 minutes for initial service which we had to ask for. Our drinks took forever to come out and we could see them sitting on the bar ended up having to ask someone to bring them to us. It was just very slow and frustrating to have to wait so long, especially with kids. Then we were told it was a mandatory 20% service charge regardless of the lack of service!
