We were looking for a local place to eat and stumbled over the Green Derby. Our server, Skylar, was phenomenal, fast, efficient and helpful. I was impressed how well she knew the menu and answered my questions. I have been coming to the derby for 7 years and last several times were a real let down. The new management has changed the menu but not positively and skimped on ingredients.
