I personally witnessed a young lady preparing my tea orders. She dropped the cup full of tea on the floor and quickly grabbed several coffee filters to clean the messy floor with her hands. Surprisingly, without washing her hands, she refilled another cup and put the lid on. I spoke with her and asked why. She changed, of course, my tea after sanitizing her hands. Long story short.
