The food used to be exceptional nice fluffy crepes. Today I ordered a crepe omelette with spinach and Swiss cheese. The crepe was hard, crispy and dark brown, so much so I wondered if it was made with a buckwheat flour. I mentioned this to our waitress and she advise it was indeed a white crepe.
