They save the old iced coffee overnight and reuse it the next day which is just disgusting. The customer service is just about the worst you will get from anywhere. If you go to this dunkin, expect to wait atleast 15 minutes even for just 1 coffee, nobody acknowledges you, they seem annoyed by having to take your order.
