Saturday at noon, ordered 8 piece family meal with 2 chicken sandwiches in the drive thru. After paying, had to wait over 20 minutes with still no food, went into restaurant to get my order. Dark meat chicken was said to be the hold up, and it still needed 5 more minutes!!! This is supposed to be FAST food!!
