At Panera, diners experience a mixed bag of service and culinary quality. While many rave about the soups and friendly staff, others lament shrinking portion sizes and inconsistent food temperatures. The atmosphere remains inviting, making it a great spot for families. However, cleanliness issues, including dirty bathrooms, detract from the overall experience. Some customers report subpar service, with orders mishandled or served cold. Yet, amidst complaints, several patrons highlight enjoyable meals, particularly breakfast and signature soups. Despite the diverse opinions, there’s a clear consensus: the quality of food must improve to match the warm service and welcoming environment.

Was chuck at Panera Bread a mag?
I had the opportunity today to be helped by Abby, who was extremely nice and helpful in helping me decide what to order. I went with the Toasted Frontega Chicken and French onion soup with bread. I have to say the chicken is almost as good as the steak and white cheddar. All in all I definitely recommend giving this location a try. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Panera Bread:

The people working in newburgh, ny panera are all so nice! eating is consistently good and fresh. and the orange scenarios. dirty! I can't go without at least three! and they're always so fresh!
The portions are small and the prices are high. The food is not natural and comes pre-packaged, but it still tastes good. I especially enjoy their baked goods.
This PB is my go-to when I have been shopping g at the mall. Food is fresh and tasty, and service is adequate for a fast food entity. The soups are a bit underwhelming, though. It also seems that the protein content on the salads has diminished. Inflation, I guess.Vegetarian options: Salads and Flatbread pizza.Parking: It's mall parking.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant.
A standard Panera. Staff are great about wearing masks and there's hand sanitizer throughout the cafe for added assurance. Food is usually fresh and ready quickly.
