The service is poor and the people making your platter are very rude. I stayed away for a while due to the same reason. I thought I’d give it a chance, maybe it got better but no luck. A platter with noodles and string beans is the same as if it were noodles , meat and vegetables. Well lesson learned and officially done. View all feedback.

The food at this restaurant is good and the manager is nice. I ordered the pad thai mild, but was surprised to find out that it still contains red chili. I asked for a remake, but the sauce they use still had chili in it. I learned that their mild option has a bit of heat, which may not be suitable for those with sensitivities. However, the manager was kind enough to have a milder version made for me with less spice. I appreciate the great service at Ruby Thai. Thank you.

It’s the best spot in the mall! To anyone criticizing it, I really don’t understand what you’re talking about; the service and food both deserve a solid 10 out of 10, and they offer a ton of options, including vegan choices! **Vegetarian options:** Numerous vegetarian dishes available. **Dietary restrictions:** I can't eat meat, dairy, or egg, and I can always find something to enjoy here! <3
It's more like Chinese mall food rather than authentic Thai cuisine, although they do offer a version of pad Thai. If you keep that in mind, it's actually quite enjoyable.
