I LOVE this place!! I always go here with my family and I order, pretty much, the same thing! Pineapple coconut snow bubble with boba, peach mango snow bubble with mango jelly, crispy chicken number 1 spice and an order of calamari number 2 spice. It NEVER fails me..
The cashier was rude when I asked about a drink I saw on their website and rushed us to order even though we were the only ones there. The drinks were alright but the fried calamari was DISGUSTING!!!! Too much seasoning that it was impossible to eat. It was too salty and it had too much basil! Yuck! Waste of money
Today I went to the store on Decoto Road and I confess that I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. The cashier was so rude, so disrespectful, he made my order wrong several times and when I questioned the extra amount on my bill, he simplytold me that it was not his problem, the same attitude I saw repeated with other customers. I ordered chicken popcorn withoutpepper and after 20 minutes my chicken arrived red from so much pepper, when I asked to change this boy with dyed blonde hairand totally ignorant, he threw the package and said I would have to wait again. When I ran out of lunch time I went to talk tohim again and he simply told me to keep waiting or he would refund the money. At the end I said I would talk to Mr. Shi, thestore owner and this clerk told me, I don't care, you can talk to whoever you want, I'm done of you. Every week my co-workersand I place numerous orders at this store but I will never return to this place again. Detail: I saw several claims like that inthe Google Review.
The milk tea here is bomb, no matter the flavor. Check out their crispy chicken as well, and if you?re tough enough get spicy level 5. Cash and debit card (plus a small fee) at this spot only.
