I brought my daughter to get a cookie yesterday after visiting the Blue Zoo. After paying for our cookies, a staff member asked us to wait for a moment and ran to the back. He returned with two stuffed animals and told my daughter to choose one as a gift. It was a sweet and unexpected gesture that made our day even more special. This restaurant has declined in quality since they began urging customers to give them an 18-20% tip just for purchasing a cookie. I have stopped buying their food, even though I used to buy many cookies and double doozies from them. In addition, their employees have a bad attitude. They appear to dislike their job and assisting customers, yet still expect a tip. The food service industry is not what it once was. View all feedback.
