Zen Forrest has a surprising amount of delicious vegan options. My favorites are the orange, generic tsos, and sesame tofu (all the sauces are amazing, and the texture of the tofu is some of the best I've had from a restaurant Love the veggie dim sum appetizer fried or steamed, and the salad to go with it black sesame dressing. They also have the best vegan chocolate mousse for dessert! View all feedback.

I've gone there numerous times and I must say Chef Victor has done an impressive job on serving up the best dishes. Just ask for the Vegan surprise it's loaded with veggies and every time I've ordered it he comes up with something different. I highly recommend this place if you're in NPR. View all feedback.
