Sonic Drive-in - New Bern

What User likes about Sonic Drive-in:
The computer system was down and the Sonic team came out to take orders. No extended waiting time and the order was perfect. Excellent customer service. I was very impressed by her teamwork in a crisis. The playground is large and I would recommend it for travelling families and birthday parties in a pinch. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
They get my order wrong everytime I order from there and the milkshake I have currently tastes like it was dropped in a salty ocean and all it was was a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. Maybe they used bad milk or poured on idk what's up with it but whoever made it should be fired I don't know If they personally know me and saw my name and was like I'm gonna butcher this girls Milkshake.
