My review is mainly a reflection of the service provided by ERNEST.I would have abandoned this dunkin because my small coffee was hardly right if Ernest wasn't helping me. I'm there every morning and Ernest is the only one who acts like it after 2 years.The new manager introduced herself which was a nice addition and im glad I got to mention my appreciation of Ernest to her. I know you're a new small business, and with sometime you will work out all the issues. Focus on figuring out getting coffee right. As you small town coffee company grows, this will be vital.
