It may take longer sometimes to get your order because the cooks are busy cooking others, and other times you'll get your food quicker. To go order. We ordered the lumberjack, there was no bacon nor sausage included. The bread was not toasted. I ordered strawberry on my pancakes and it came with one cut up strawberry for $2.99. I definetly understand that America is understaffed but we gave them a while to get it right, more than once.
