Popped in for breakfast before 9am so it was quieter. Menu is located by the entrance to the shop and the entrance to the restaurant. Then you order and pay at the till. Staff very friendly. Food arrived quickly and was freshly cooked. Very good value for money on the food. This restaurant has really declined in quality. It used to be a great place to eat, but now the food is only lukewarm at its best. The cook was also quite rude - a young man in front of us ordered a poached egg on toast, but received scrambled egg instead.
