They weren't open on time. Nice place, but service sucks. They didn't fill my water not once, check to make sure we were ok. Not to forget the Har gow looked microwaved rather than steamed, all broken apart and the inside was hard. The pho broth did not taste very good at all. The restroom smelled awful ?.
