Zarlitos had gone through an ownership change in 2020. I went in to see if the quality and flavors the same. The new owners told me some of the previous cooks remained on staff and they were using the same recipes. For this visit I ordered some crispy sisig and the Zarlitos fried rice. I am pleased to report the flavor and quality have survived the ownership change. View all feedback.
What Joan doesn't like about Zarlitos Family:
Zarlitos have always been one of my favorite restaurants. Once ownership changed the restaurant will never be the same. The mayonnaise in the sisig ruined it. The sisig fries is not the same as it used to be. I’ve seen the female owner be cruel to the employees. Just the way she treats her employees I will never eat there again. View all feedback.
