I have only two complaints. First, there was a mistake with our order at the drive-thru window. We always check our order before leaving, and although the staff was attentive, it took some time to get the correct order. During my recent visit to town, I had a rather disappointing experience at this KFC. It was, without a doubt, the worst location I've ever been to. While I understand that the staff might not be very enthusiastic about their jobs, the customer service was exceptionally lacking. View all feedback.

Second, since the dunes in the area are closed, it’s unclear how customers with order issues are supposed to resolve them. They would have to get back in line, which can be frustrating. I witnessed a woman knocking on the door while holding her order; she knocked repeatedly but was not acknowledged before she disappeared from my view.
I just wish the dining room was open so we could sit there to wait for our food instead of sitting on the parking lot!
The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was excellent.

The food is always delicious, as you would expect. However, it's a good idea to double-check your order when it arrives. If there are any problems, they will gladly correct it.
