They made me a different drink than I asked for. No big deal but then when I got my drink the flavor powder wasn’t incorporated at all so I had to go inside and get a straw to stir it. Then I needed a replacement lid since I had to take mine off and set it down to stir. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me to give me a new lid.
