Hoang Tofu - Nashville-Davidson metropolitan government (balance)

What Todd M likes about Hoang Tofu:
Small restaurant, unassuming, very clean and the food is beyond amazing. Menu is limited but that is fine because everything they offer is the best of what it is. I see some people complaining about it not being clean but the only time I've seen that is when it's busy, they don't bus the tables fast. What Blue B doesn't like about Hoang Tofu:
Bread and the crispy roasted pork is so damn crispy. Bun Bo tasted just like how my Vietnamese friend would cook for me $5 a bun mi and buy 5 get one free. Place was flooded with Vietnamese yelling at the waitress/owner to get their food lol I had to go outside waiting more Bun mi to go for later dinner. It’s overwhelming with how busy they are there.
