My family of 4 had 5:15 reservations for dinner tonight. When we arrived, there were open tables outside so we requested to sit outside. We were told that those tables were reserved for those with a reservation. We also had a reservation, however, when I booked online I wasn't prompted to request indoors/outdoors. Overall the meal was good but I have a fundamental objection to having a mandatory 20% gratuity...
