The chicken bomb was great after the first bite being a little dry. It was later for lunch than usual, and chicken dries quickly, so it was not a surprise. The slaw tossed in the tomatilla sauce was quite tasty. The brisket and pork tacos were top notch. Rib meat quesadilla had a great taste and pecan cobbler was on point.
