I think most of the Mutetsu series are like that, There are quite a lot of likes and dislikes. People who like it are addicted to it to the point of no return, but people who don't like it are completely useless. I've already been brainwashed so I don't understand. For those who can't do it, apparently it's not good because of the smell. But personally, I give it a 5 because it's super delicious. I finally went to a store that I had been curious about and had heard about for quite some time. Arrived before 9pm on a Saturday night. Waiting for 2 groups. Even after this, the waiting line continued to grow. I waited for about 10 minutes and went into the store. I ordered pork soba and Kaedama. The soup wasn't as mushy as I expected, and I didn't mind the pork smell. The thick noodles mix well with the soup, making it a complete meal in no time. The Kaedama noodles are thin and you can choose the hardness. It's interesting that you can enjoy the difference in texture by adding thin noodles after thick noodles. It's hard to throw away a large serving of thick noodles, so I think I'll try a larger serving next time. There are about 10 counter seats and 2 table seats.
