While nicely presented, all the dishes had a taste problem. The oysters(limited quantity) were overdressed so didn’t get the nice briny taste of the oysters. The mushroom soup had an off taste which could have been the walnut oil. The handmade tortellini were beautifully presented on a pea purée, with fresh pas and pea tendrils. Dinner was delicious. Service was excellent. Pacing of dinner is relatively slow. This is a small place with personalized cooking made for you. The antithesis of a large luxury chain. Nice, reasonable wine selection.
We love eating at this eclectic restaurant where you feel as if you’ve been seated in Chef Hyde’s personal dining room! The food is beyond delicious and always something new. The atmosphere is fun and elegant at the same time.
Went for Summer Sizzle. This was our first dining experience at Hyde N’ Chic. It did not disappoint!
Simply the best food/chef in Naples. As always, Chef Hyde prepared an amazing array of innovative dishes and presented and explained them with his customary passion making for another memorable evening. We always debate which course was best andalways have about four tied for first, with the rest close runner ups. And Andy’s lovely new wife is a great addition! Thankyou.
Foodies rejoice! Hyde N Chic is a fabulous spot to enjoy unique creative small plates each served with a high level, international culinary touch by Chef Andy. Note this is not a sit down, here's your menu kind of place. This is a diningexperience where each successive course is a surprise, well worth your dining dollars.
