Best tacos in Napa no seriously! They even let me sample the meat when I asked about the al pastor. Ended up getting some birria, chicken, and al pastor tacos. They are tacos a la plancha which basically means cooked on a griddle. If you get cheese then it ends up with this amazing fried cheesy skirt on the outside?this is what dreams are made of.
