I found out that my reservation wasn't recorded through OpenTable when I arrived. I drove all the way to Napa from Sacramento, only to discover that there were no reservations available! The staff at the restaurant didn't seem familiar with OpenTable either. This was the worst experience I've had! I ended up having to drive back home because there were no options for dining.
