This is our go-to sushi restaurant in Nanaimo. The California Roll is superb and I love that it comes with avocado AND cucumber (a few other places in town make you choose one or the other). We also frequently get Nigiri, Sashimi, Miso Soup, and Dynamite Rolls. All delicious! View all feedback.

horrible food preparation. dynamite roll had a 1.5" thick piece, and the rest were incredibly thin. rice didnt taste fresh,tofu was totally bland. weve ordered from Ryu many times and it seems the quality the past few months has gone extremely down hill View all feedback.
