Great service by very helpful staff in a first class hotel. Reception, the Concierge, and house keeping were excellent. It's an easy ten minutes walk from the Nagasaki main train station. Trams, buses and taxis are right at the main hotel entrance. Happy to stay here next time I visit Nagasaki. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent service.
