I personally like this starbucks location and i hate starbucks, although they prioritize drive thru more that makes sense, i work at a fast food place and drive thru is prioritized 90% of the time so our store makes proper time and can continue running, any bad reviews from summer of 2022- now are most definitely just impatient little bugs who have never had to work a job similar to starbucks. Pretty rough experience. Ordering through the app with a 10 min estimate for order completion and customers arriving to 1 hour and up waits. Staff stated a big order backed them up but they continued taking app orders with 10-15 min estimates compounding the issue. 30-40 drinks that hand long been abandoned kept getting called out over and over.
