We have visited other Jimmy's Egg restaurants with good experiences. Our visit to the Mustang location was just OK. It was Labor Day and the place was 70% filled. It took about 10 min. to get our drink order. A few min. later we had our food order taken. Our breakfast arrived about 30 min. later . Overall the food was ok. Getting coffee refilled took awhile.
