Today I had the best chipster I've ever had from this restaurant. Last time, 2/3 months ago, they forgot to put supercharged sauce on it, but they gave me one after I pointed it out. Another time, 2 years ago, they left a couple of pieces out of my order but they fixed that on my next visit.
