What leigh ann taylor doesn't like about Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican:
The rice wasn't cooked all the way, very Crunchy, and there was more rice than anything else on my salad. Very little meat. The staff was not friendly, would not make eye contact or speak loudly enough to hear. One almost walked into me because her face was buried in her phone as she walked through the dining room. We did a group order online and they messed up several orders. They even forgot to include one....
