2/2/2024 around midday. Not sure if Brusters is going downhill in general, but not good experience here. Been to this location a few times and will not be returning. The ice cream was not fresh and very thin. Most previous times at Brusters, in my opinion, the ice cream is on the thicker side.My son barely got ice cream in his kid cup and it looked frost bitten. I was horrified to pay over $4 for his lousy looking portion. I assume they’re tying to save money by giving out less ice cream. Very disappointed for paying $10 for our ice cream date.The team members seemed miserable to be there. I’m assuming they’re not paid very well by Brusters, which I empathize with.Now I know not to come back moving forward. Back to Culver’s it is!.
