Best BBQ in southern Illinois. A little off the beaten track, but well worth an extra drive. Juicy, moist ribs are cooked to perfection. Even the sides are delicious. There is a reason why Pat won Memphis in May. Other BBQ joints might be more famous, none of them have better food. View all feedback.

We ordered 3 meals tonight. Wings, rib tips and BBQ pork steak sandwich dinners. The wing plate had only one side (missing the Mac and cheese). All 3 of the meats were so dry and tough we could barely chew it, but the worst thing was long hair embedded in 1 piece of each of the meats. All 3 dinners. Like it was cooked on it. I doubt we have the stomach to go back. View all feedback.
