This is, without a doubt, the best sushi I've ever tasted. I usually stick to the Calaveras roll, but the firecracker roll is fantastic as well. The sake sangria and udon noodles are also some of my favorites! The staff is incredibly friendly and provides excellent customer service. If you haven't been here yet, you're truly missing out! Live across the river, and can honestly say everything from freshness of food to great location was perfect. Growing up in the Bay area where sushi was always available, this place is definitely an A on my list. Will be eating here again and soon!

Who knew? The best sushi we've ever had anywhere, found in Calaveras County. Sushi is so fresh and delicious! Our favorite rolls are Poissiden, Chefs Special, Oregon Sunset, and the Calaveras!! But they are all yummy!
We have had sushi in Southern Cal and Northern Cal this place is the best. We lived in Palm Springs Area and they have great sushi, this i better. Highly recommend this restaurant Ahi Plate is my favorite. My wife loves the Hous Roll and The Calaveras Roll.....not to be missed!
