There seemed to be no system in place to notify her when food was ready, or she simply didn't notice. I was really disappointed when our meal finally arrived cold after such a long wait.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the food was disappointing, lacking proper cooking and seasoning skills. If you have a gluten intolerance, be cautious with the items labeled as gluten-free, as the menu seems unreliable and could pose a health risk. I genuinely hope no one gets sick from dining here. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money at this establishment.
The Caesar salad arrived drenched in olive oil dressing, and the catch of the day, a whitefish that was supposed to be grilled, turned out to be mushy instead. My husband was eager to treat me in celebration of a positive medical review, so I chose not to question the quality of the meal when it was served, in order to avoid disappointing him.
Went to the Chophouse for brunch on Mother’s Day this year. Worst meal I’ve ever had. Had the eggs Benedick. The eggs were cooked so long they tasted like boiled eggs. The home fries were cold, greasy and lacking in taste. Fortunately the portions were so small I didn’t have to eat much. Overall a very disappointing experience. Been going to the Chophouse for 15 years but will have to think about going back.
Amazing dinner! Our server Lesley was the best. Great wines to choose from and the fillet was mouthwatering!
