I have had nothing but good experiences here. I've ordered nearly 10 dozen donuts for schools on multiple occasions, and they have been amazing getting them ready as soon as they open. The staff here has always been very nice and helpful. It is always clean and stocked when I go in. I really love Dunkin! I worked at this restaurant for a short while and it was a disaster. Poorly managed and deserving of only one star, if that. The management seems to have no support for the employees. I would not recommend this place. I have been to other Dunkin' Donuts locations and they are nothing like this one. No one there takes pride in the products they serve, they just give them out. Customers are unhappy with what they order, especially considering the high prices. They really need to clean up their act.

I have been a regular at this restaurant for over a year, maybe even four, I haven't really been keeping track. Every morning, I look forward to my breakfast there, especially their hot chocolate frosted donuts at 6:00 a.m. However, recently there have been some changes in the staff that have not been positive. Every time I visit the restaurant now, I feel like the cleanliness and service have been declining. The employees, including the managers and workers, seem disrespectful towards me. I feel like I am being judged just for walking in. It has gotten to the point where I make a prayer before entering the restaurant, hoping for a pleasant experience. I would only recommend this place if you have a strong desire to have a terrible dining experience. It's not a place I would wish upon even my worst enemy.
