I wanted to order a strawberry Frappuccino, and unfortunately they were out, but offered me a substitute that was similar to the strawberry Frappuccino. This is the second Starbucks I’ve went to this morning that was out of the drink I wanted. I appreciate Chelsie informing me of a good substitute. We stopped in for a coffee on our way home after shopping. After waiting in line for over 10 minutes, we were never greeted nor was our order taken. Apparently the cashier was assisting another customer who had a large order.
