The food is delicious and tastes like at home. I'm glad the spring rolls are what I expect. I couldn't find her in another Asian restaurant without fried like egg rolls. I was here a few days ago and- this is important to note- but they are open only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday due to short personnel questions. Other than that, the food filled me pretty fast. Just moved to Murfreesboro and was excited to try the vegan pho. No one was answering the phone so we drove the 15 minutes to Pho Viet and arrived to a sign on the door saying they were closed until further notice due to staffing shortage. It would be helpful to change the google status as temporarily closed instead of open. Huge bummer. View all feedback.
