Online orders are often delayed or unavailable even before closing time, leading to frustrating cancellations and refund hassles. Staffing issues and disorganized ticketing systems contribute to errors and service delays. This KFC should be shut down! I placed a $90 order for 32 pieces of chicken to celebrate my mom’s birthday, but when I arrived, they told me someone else had already picked up my order. After reading other reviews, I’m not even surprised. To the people of Murfreesboro: this KFC on Memorial has scammed so many customers. On top of that, they refused to remake my order and made me call corporate for a refund. The corporate team was very helpful and even offered to file a complaint about the store’s refusal to fix the issue. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve also picked up Uber Eats here and had to wait forever, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they might be short-staffed like many places right now. I will NEVER make this mistake again.
I placed a drive-thru order at KFC around 12:45 PM on Saturday, 11/19/22. The Original Recipe 2-piece dark chicken was extremely greasy, with oil dripping from the box. The meat wasn’t fully cooked through. If I hadn’t been in a rush, I would have returned to complain. The food quality from the KFC menu that day was truly disappointing.
I placed an online order with KFC, which promised my food would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I was told not only was my order not ready, but they were completely out of food. I couldn’t get anything from the menu and had to cancel my order. This happened over an hour before closing time. It’s pointless to say you’re open if you can’t provide food until closing. This is completely unacceptable. Now I have to go through a long and complicated process to cancel or get a refund because KFC failed to fulfill my order.
I believe this KFC should be closed down! I ordered 32 pieces of chicken for my family as part of a $90 order to celebrate my mom's birthday, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that someone else had already taken my order!
