Chenal Bar Gelateria - Muralto

What Sarp Kahveci doesn't like about Chenal Bar Gelateria:
We went to this restaurant today for lunch. We asked to place our orders and were told to wait! Quite a wait later a waitress turned up to take our order and when we placed our order she told us that the meals we wanted were no longer available! Why weren't we told this before we ordered?! Totally poor service. We said we were leaving and she didn't care - no apology or anything. Very poor effort. View all feedback.
